Fixed....works with a controller not a mouse??? Made spears.....killed boars....having trouble jumping and timing of fallen burning trees??? FUCK!! Took a break!
I was curious as well and gave the isodemo a try, not the smartest decision.
The graphics, presentation and especially the animations are (as expected) dreadful and extremely obsolete, but that wouldn't be a big problem for me if the actual gameplay delivered, which isn't the case here. One can tell that there are good intentions...but damn, their execution is just terribly amateurish and simply plain bad.
The first big issue is the fov, which is so unbelievably low that it's surprising how the developers even decided to give the green light since it's like having the nose glued to the monitor with a magnifier attached to it. Then there's the core gameplay itself, which tries to mimic consolized AAA productions like the Tomb Raider Reboo, only without the production values necessary to give at least a minimum amount of fun to the poor gamer. There's crafting but it's implemented poorly, the interface is indecent, there are quick time events (why.png), the combat is as simplistic as you can get, climbing is of the one-button-powered type, the interactions between the two protagonists are clunky and straight up bugged since many times scripts don't get triggered properly, everything is so rough and rushed that I had to stop playing and shift-delete the entire thing.
Maybe some of the technical problems will be fixed in the future through tons of "miracle" patches (no hope for the design-related issues though), but at the moment it's a disaster. Instead of the Last Guardian PC version, we got Trolled, literally xD
