Bought a bogus phone from a hacked eBay account. Minutes after finish transaction I was contacted by the real owner of the account. I immediately filed a case against the transaction. It was shortly turned in to a claim that ended yesterday.

So how dose this move from here on a Sunday, the transaction was removed from my payment history but case still says "waiting for other party to respond"

Will this be handled today or Monday?

i think the seller was not hacked and got remorse for his deed.

But its very lucrative, i hear that such people makie 10k a month selling bogus phones to so many idiots bying too good to be true iphones at half price and then they are surpirized they got ripped of lol

the funniest part is these sheep even send these sellers copies of their drivers olicense or ids, and with those they make new fake accounts and keep going rofl ...
