Belgian developer Crazy Monkey Studio has announced Guns, Gore & Cannoli 2.

Just like the first one, Vinnie will face lots of enemies in an action-packed 2D game with beautiful hand drawn backgrounds and characters.

The sequel will take place 15 years after the first one, Vinnie will have to end some loose ends. To do that, he’ll have new abilities, customisation options. One of the most requested features for the sequel have been heard too, you will be able to play the game with online and local co-op.

The game will come for Xbox One, Steam and Playstation 4 in Summer 2017.

Agreed, 'tis good classic 2D fun. Pure run 'n pew that doesn't take itself seriously, with competent art, gore, interactivity and some bosses here and there. I liked it more than the first one, though it's on the very short side (2-3 hours on Hard, didn't go for the highest difficulty since that one involves too much trial and error). The mobility was enhanced and the flow improved, then shooting gangsters, zombies, nazis and big ass mutant rats whilst eating cannoli does the rest. Very Happy
