"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed nonage. Nonage is the inability to use one's own understanding without another's guidance. This nonage is self-imposed if its cause lies not in lack of understanding but in indecision and lack of courage to use one's own mind without another's guidance. Dare to know! (Sapere aude.) "Have the courage to use your own understanding," is therefore the motto of the enlightenment."

No, it showed some torrents for my IP but I didn't download a single torrent for months.
Probably IP is dynamic and rotated between multiple ISP customers.

Found a torrent I downloaded from rutracker. About the only thing from a quasi-public torrent I had in seed list.

I remember a similar site like this, from a few years ago.

Good new is this website seems to confirm my VPN is working as advertised. Testing my real IP, nothing found. Testing my VPN IP, I see downloads for the past 48 hours or so. Some of them are clearly mine, some of them seem to be other people. The company says they assign the same IP to multiple users, making it impossible for them (or anyone) to specifically say who downloaded what. So it seems to be working just fine.
