Looks very ugly TBH.
Also we both have our rooms beneath a sloping roof and the same wood coverings.

Unless you are giraffe for the sake of ergonomics I suggest you to lower that monitor so that it's top bezel is on the level with your eyes.
Otherwise you will constantly stretch your eyes' muscles and that might cause pain or headache. Some people might suffer from neck pains too.

So did Quasimodo.
@wald, that's no racing chair, those have pronounced side profiles, to hold the "driver"

Ideally, eyes should be on the level of 2/3rds of a monitor but who the fuck cares

SteamDRM-"Call of Duty is the symbol of the true perfection in every aspect. Call of Duty games are like Mozart's/Beethoven's symphonies"

got myself a chair for xmas as well. not exactly a gaming chair, the IKEA Markus, but from the brief googling it seems it is a recommended value chair for gamers. Massive improvement the worn out refurb office chair I had.
It took a few days to get used to it, but now my body accepts it. gaming, fapping and just lounging, are more bettar than ever 11/10 IGN

Aye, the Markus is nice. Think it's over a year old now and hasn't broken down or decreased in comfort

We were going to get one of those 'gaming' chairs until I tried sitting on a few. I'll stop at this point as I'm not supposed to say anything if I have nothing nice to say... but the price and comfort levels left a lot to be desired |
yep. they try to push the price based on the appearance of comfort. when I checked the stats I saw much lower foam density, faux letter and fully plastic base, so the price/quality ratio was just terrible for anything in the same price range as the Markus, and the dx racing chairs are 3 times the price of it.
