Did you notice that after some unindentified Windowns 10 update...
...the "calc" App stopped working with your native keyboard layout?
I know as a matter of fact the "calc" App used to work properly / normally with my German keyboard layout.
Since some time, and that's why I suspect it to be the fault of a Win10 update, the "calc" App behaves like some old MSDOS Games where the keyboard layout internally is always / fixed at english.
Like ... I type 40 - 20 and the result it 2. 
German "-" is english "/", so instead of subtracting it divides.
74,32 * 100 is 74,321.
The German "*" is ignored (shift + "+"), so it's like you typed 74,32100 ENTER -> =74,321.
WTF?

Wait what?! Mine stopped working too and the last time I used it I just clicked on the screen icons to multiply when my keyboard commands wouldn't be recognized and didn't pay much attention!

Really? I haven't seen a latin style keyboard that has whole letters places differently. Symbols are another thing though.
