Disney/Pixar's Cars 3 opens in US theatres in 3D June 16, 2017.
Blindsided by a new generation of blazing-fast racers, the legendary Lightning McQueen (voice of Owen Wilson) is suddenly pushed out of the sport he loves. Cars 3 is directed by Brian Fee (storyboard artist “Cars,” “Cars 2“) and produced by Kevin Reher (“A Bug’s Life,” “La Luna” short).
The first one was fantastic, one of their best ones in my opinion. I don't even remember if I watched the second one, let alone what's it about though. Doubt this is going to be straight up bad, but I don't really know if it was needed either.
well come on lets not go overboard, the first one was OK at best.
i do like flashy visuals so im sure ill give this a shot.. but lately i get the feeling pixar is losing a bit of their magic. Sure, 2016 gave us one of their best and most creative stories yet.. but it also gave us that dinosaur one, which is.. in my opinion, not only their worst film ever, but it was little more than a throwaway dreamworks-level generic kids movie....
