Blizzard is not the type to hype up a game with a website and a countdown. So, I would be surprised if that website was real. Maybe only if Blizzard is not planning to spend any money marketing the HD remaster and the small team working on it must raise attention on their own.
The twitter answer about D2 HD says nothing interesting whatsoever.
The twitter answer about D4 is really just vague, too.
Having a D4 in the goody bag would be really interesting if this was the only die in the bag, but it's a full set of dice with a D4 in it. I agree that there are a few coincidences happening with the die, but I find this unlikely.
Now, with all of that said: Blizzard did hire people to work on older games/remastering older games. And a D4 will happen one day.
But those conspiracies seem to be people seeing hints before hints actually exist.

WoWs story is shit because they milk the game for so long.
But Blizzards singleplayer games are fucking awesome so far.

I would be surprised if it's an expansion. The game seems like it's on life support at this point. Diablo 4 or a maybe a Diablo MMO seem more likely to me. That comment that was made last year about Diablo players "loosing their shit" surely would not be in reference to an expansion. Guess we'll find out fairly soon.

REALLY doubt it's Diablo 4. Most likely another expansion if anything. Making a fuss about diablo 2 hd doesn't seem like a good idea when the story of the second game is still not concluded and it's been so many years.

Yea I hope its not an expansion, I feel they have already done all they could to make D3 good. There are just a few things that's just not possible to fix without completely reworking it from the ground up. And even Blizzard don't go that far in their expansions.
I hope it is D4, but honestly at this point, we should all expect it to have no offline mode, and includes micro transactions. AAA game devs have been pushing micro transactions into their full price games for a few years now and people are less and less vocal about it. I don't think people will complain about it this time as much as last time with the RMAH.
