So... Was going to hit up Warez-bb for something, but Firefox gave me a Reported Attack Page! warning. Sad

"What is the current listing status for warez-bb.org?

Site is listed as suspicious - visiting this web site may harm your computer.

Part of this site was listed for suspicious activity 2 time(s) over the past 90 days.

What happened when Google visited this site?

Of the 102 pages we tested on the site over the past 90 days, 40 page(s) resulted in malicious software being downloaded and installed without user consent. The last time Google visited this site was on 2012-07-09, and the last time suspicious content was found on this site was on 2012-07-09.

This site was hosted on 5 network(s) including AS16265 (LEASEWEB), AS39792 (ANDERS), AS52023 (ABCNAME)."

Anyone using it who knows what the hell is up, and whether there's still malware infections? My default response for this kind of thing is to turn off JavaScript, but not sure if that'll work, and can't be bothered going through a full re-install of windows again.

(Apologies if this isn't in the right forum and all that. Smile )

(Also, I don't think this is against forum rules, but I'll delete it if people think it is)

Yeah, no problems with Adblock, though for some odd reason the layout is surprisingly fucked up at the moment, it looks like a site from the late 90s xD

Suspicious content... well, how much damage can a website actually do?

I'm using linux/chromium and I get these warnings often, the other day I was browsing a used cars website and the warning showed up, I obviously ignored it...

Quite a lot if you're running exploitative stuff like Shitternet Exploder Laughing These days adblock does a good enough job of blocking malicious code embedded in adverts.

You can mention them, just like we all talk about Demonoid or Pirate Bay, you just can't link to them or give out the address Very Happy

No idea if its a serious down issue, but warez-bb goes down from time to time and then all is well again.

Interesting though, just checked and my isp has blocked that site now Smile gg..

The site is apparently going through major changes and will be back once they are sorted. I've read this on RIN after someone asked about it.
