Quite surprising results. I was never a fan of TS and I can easly see why I prefer Mumble and Discord over it.

Interesting.

Seems it might be worth giving mumble a try. My buds and I currently just use hangouts. It works well but doesn't have push to talk and using chrome in general is a bit heavy.

Mumble is annoying though. The client has an even worse UI than TS and the server is very annoying to manage because it's pretty inconsistent in its mechanics.

I've always been a Teamspeak guy. Mumble and Vent have always come across as bare-bones hippy shit, whereas TS3 is the full featured client the PC Master Race deserves. Very Happy

And honestly, is that "half of one tenth" of a second additional delay (60ms) between TS and Mumble going to make any practical difference? I think not.


I can never be free, because the shackles I wear can't be touched or be seen.
