about 45k usd. But thats not measurable well outside of Poland. It's a lot of money in Polish currency. Standard in market for flats like this. Actually even lil bit cheaper than similar. Hence the long waiting time and reservation over year ago

@Bob
Those were made here
http://www.homestyler.com/floorplan/

Took about 4 hours? It's just a very simple editor with limited items, so rooms like kitchen are bad to plan in this. And no balcony. No idea how to make one in this.. Oh and rendering took about a day. Probably a lag on their side

I've got quite a few more renders

The current state is as in real pictures above Very Happy
The render is a target of course!

As I've said.. I will be paying for years... Razz
But all that is possible only thanks to work I started in 2015 and permanent contract, so I was able to take it all on myself. Without help of parents or girlfriend.
My work is still not the greatest paid but if I add what my gf makes, we should be able to make it alive Laughing

It's a lot, yet it's still half of what's required for something similar in one of the bigger cities (like Cracow, where I am). Recently I saw an ad saying "flats near the centre starting at 179000 zl" and I thought - yeah right, more likely a garage. And I was not wrong by much as it was around 22 square metres...

Yeah I know. I live near Gdansk. Prices there are almost twice what I've paid... and in a worse buildings in a worse neighborhood.
For me it was 3700pln for meter

Here 6000-6500/metre is reasonably cheap. And for the "outsiders" - minimum wage in Poland is around 1350 after taxes with 2850 average and 2200 median.

But good for you, I'm slowly looking for my own place too, but most of the localizations are crappy in my opinion and I'd rather buy a small house outside of Cracow than a flat here. However, since I don't have a wife/girlfriend currently, I have no use for a 100m house

It was a difficult trade-off, because mouse and keyboard unfortunately will be required to start the Oculus environment..however the chamber is wireless-friendly and KC can bring the 360 gamepad inside to enjoy Gear at its fullest!

Shit guys. Things are moving too fast. 2 months left until I get the keys and can start working on it.

Been to one of those huge furniture places... We are mostly positive on most choices kitchen, dresser, bed, desk and so on but:
http://imgur.com/a/GEphv

which one? This is for the living room. Both expand into sleeping mode so guests will be fine.

The main difference is that bulkier one is 1/4th more expensive but have compartment for 2 poufs.
But its big, bulkier, more expensive and might take too much space... I don't know yet Laughing

My advice: don't skimp out on the sofa. Doesn't mean it has to be expensive but get what you need and ofcourse try it before you buy it. Very Happy

As to which one: my input wouldn't be worth much. Looks or price is just way too little for me to decide. I need to plant my arse and back on it.

Regarding the sofa, there is a great bargain coming up soon from Roberts Space Industries.. It look fantastic probably about 8k's worth of sofa. Should be sold off pretty cheap.

Where the fuck do I buy a god damn bathtub and toilet Laughing
I can get all furniture, sinks and stuff in ikea or https://www.agatameble.pl/
Floor panels and tiles can be bought in nomi, obi or something like that.
But there are like 2 bathtubs there Laughing
Guys, I will need 160cm long bathtub in 2 months!
I just don't have any good idea for bathroom. It's super small and who have an imagination to design something as boring as bathroom.
I spend a few minutes and did this render:
 Spoiler:

btw. Flat is basically finished(developer ready, machined cement plaster) and official measurements took place today.
Developer was off only by 0,13m square compared to promised flat size! That is really close.
There are windows, front door, radiators, electrical outlets and it feels really fucking weird to know that I can live there in few months Shocked

btw. I am afraid of thiefs and will probably change the lock when I get the keys in summer.
Yes, in Poland, worker who installs Your door, steals everything from You when You move in. It happened to few people I know. Thiefs came in and had a key, just took everything. It looked like if they were just working because neighbors don't know each other yet.
I just need to change the insert, right ?
update pic:
 Spoiler:

also questions:
Do i want tiles in the kitchen
DO i want tiles up to the ceiling in bathroom
Do I want bathtub with to cover with tiles on side or full "plastic body"

1) Only with heated floor. But be prepared to wash tiled floor semi-daily as it gets dirty very quick. Also grout will get grey-ish / black-ish no matter what. I suggest to get a vinyl floor tiles / planks instead.

2) Yes, bathroom should be fully tiled less chance for mold to develop. Make sure grout is prepared with plasticizer and not water !

3) Cover with door / containers ala

so you can store washing supplies in there.
