Ok 8 hours free trail is out. !!! If you liked freelancer and looking for some more space combat/trade game dl it and try it.

Sorry for this massive nerco, but i'm really having a big urge to play some proper space game.
So how's this compared to freelancer? Has anyone played it in the past 8/9 years? And why the fuck have i never heard of this? and why is it still Pay2Play if it's so unpopular?!
I really need SOMETHING to fill the empty void Freelancer has left me with since i quitted

whenever i've an urge for space, i just launch X3 modded and then ... usually a couple weeks later i stop again ^^.

X3 doesn't have the ease of flying that Freelancer had tho, i always get overwhelmed by the complexity compared to Freelancer.
Somehow Freelancer nailed with with controls and space physics, they where ideal IMO.

If X3 is too complex, try Independence War 2. Has proper(ish) Newtonian physics, a very enjoyable gameplay and the missions tend to be very well done and interesting.

First MMO I've seen where success is determined only by your skill, not how many hours you've spent online. Your ingame skill level doesn't mean anything.
