so I have Gigabyte GM6980 few years and now it stopped working on my computer (win 10) I have no cursor, only buttons are working... If I plug it into girlfriends notebook it will work without problems... WTF is going on...

As a test I would probably try to go into the device manager and delete the mouse from there and then plug it back in again and see if it works then, might have been some USB issue although usually all you should have to do is to reboot or even just switch to a different USB port if so.

didnt helped at all... her mouse is working on my computer Sad Logitech MX518

trollpower try different usb slots might be the usb port slightly decaying where the mx518 draws a little less overall power(though it shouldn't matter but hey that's the conundrum lol)
