I found the JULY 11,2003 release of: Rendering.With.Mental.Ray.Handbook.Vol1-W3D.by.efish.and.bolivia
only problem is that it is the file says its the 2nd edition , but its really the first, which is way far behind the third. i am also looking for the second volume, programming mental ray since i have run into the same problem.
all i'm asking is if a release has been made or if anyone knows if one will be made.
same question for pixar's renderman versions 12 or 12.5
