Using a Logitech Rumblepad 2 with an OTG cable. I think it doesn't work at all (not specifically a RA problem)

it was added back in 2013 according to the forum.

I dunno how to be of much help other than that, but is the cable good? Is there an option in the emulator itself you have to go into to switch/detech the new device?
