I am saying that I have noticed a disproportionate amount of geniuses/outliers, that's all. So I have more respect for them in a wide sense.

Of course I understood what you meant underneath, I am not one to pick and prod at people because of how they may not articulate something. I can read between the lines enough to work it out. I mean thats literally what racism is, an opinion of a race of people without proof based on personal feelings towards them, either in a negative or positive light(making all others inferior by default of the arguement.).
Do you not see how if you replaced it with "I consider whites the smartest group of people by far." just replacing that one word automatically makes it noticeable as a racist statement?
Saying "I consider the Germans the smartest group of people by far." well has been done, its a negative implied bias racism to all others.
"I have no proof, but I see Race Y as X" is the literal, and absolute definition of racial biasing.
