This thread is a bit late but I finally got my very first car in September 2015 (about 7 months ago)
Model: 2015 Cadillac CTS AWD Luxury trim

Here are some pics of my baby that I had sitting on my phone

Im in my late 20s now. Most people here in the US get their first car in their teens but I was never able to afford anything near a car when I was young. Hell I was barely able to afford PC games which is why I joined this forum

Also, very nice looking vehicle. ^_^
Still, a Volvo 740GL probably beats it.

Where TC is from, having a manual would be borderline retarded.
Who cares if it's an old person's car. I used to be into all that sporty cool shit until I owned something that had more luxary to it, I'll take something that's comfortable as fuck to be in than something that goes fast fast fast.

Never understood the elitism of knowing how to drive a stick. Car goes point A to point B, who the fuck cares lol

Your first car is a brand new one? Rich bastard. Have fun. You sure don't have a lack of buttons to press!

Lmao! thats actually pretty accurate. At the time I had a neighbor who had a brand new 2006 cadillac CTS and I used to always tell myself one day Im going to drive that car. Ever since then Ive always liked that particular car. And then in 2013 I went to the NY Auto Show and sat inside a 2014 CTS and after that I just knew this was the car I want.

She does lol before I got the car she always only preferred SUVs. But she actually loves riding in this sedan now

Lol Im not rich I worked hard for several years and stayed patient. I could have just gotten a Toyota RAV4 2-3 years ago but instead I waited.
The technology in this car is quite fun I must say. Certain things that I never thought Id need, I actually use regularly. Such as sending a destination to the car navigation from my phone so that the next time I turn the car on, the destination is ready and I dont have to search for anything. I dont have to be anywhere near the car to do this. It sounds lazy but when Im in a rush, it saves time. This is what the app looks like on my phone:
I took it for a couple of long weekend trips, I still have no complaints really. This car has traveled about total 4,700 miles already. Im quite happy with the way it drives. Its very smooth and the wheels are quite wide for a sedan. And about the automatic, yes I prefer to drive automatic I live in New York City and work in Midtown Manhattan. Driving a stick shift in Manhattan doesn't sounds very appealing to me. Im lazy! lol
Anyways I appreictae all the love<3 thanks mates
