I have no idea if it's out or what, but last year (i think) i saw a clip of a side scroller game that looked like some disney mickey game to be honest. It certainly had that charm. Anyone know the name?

I know what you mean, there was a thread about it that was updated not long ago, might still be on the 2nd and 3rd page. Unfortunately I forgot the name, sorry... but it was a recently kickstarted game with graphics inspired by cartoons.
