Well, according to the Steam forum and the few reviews, the game indeed seems rather clunky. Sad

Yes, it is clunky, definitely needs more work. Perhaps a premature release? Despite what the devs are saying it is Banished albeit not so unforgiving. Although this is based on just an hours game time.

I don't know if clunky is the right word, but it's not great. Population increases way too slowly. The missions expect you to operate several buildings at once with only 10 people.

And food..what's up with that? I don't understand how it works exactly. The food generating buildings seem to generate so little. The hunters, with 2 workers generate like 2-3/day and the farmer with 1, and every pen with animals in it, seems to generate like 1/day despite the claims of animals like pigs giving "lots of meat"

The foresters hut is another mystery, you send 2 people there to work, and they produce like 2-3 logs a day. Really? Is that anywhere near useful?

Played this a bit. Sort of "meh" for now. It's definitely not Banished.

If they are committed to improving the game, could be interesting, but not sure if it is really different enough from banished.
