I'm just saying, if I didn't already know that it was going to be an action RPG, I would assume they were making Gears of Spore from that video.

Sounds great! Spore was such a letdown, but this seems to be more interesting, I might even buy it because of the multiplayer part.
However, if speculation is correct and Diablo 3 will get released in 2011 as well... Darkspore will be running directly against it, and probably won't stand a chance.

Diablo 3 will proberbly be good - however, its not the messiah of games as some people tend to belive.
shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.

I'm sure they'll find a way to fuck this up, forcing online for singleplayer, etc, and giving me second thoughts about purchasing an horrendous drm. Other than that and i'm hyped already.

That doesn't mean he's not correct about that. Diablo is a huge IP where as I don't know anyone that liked Spore. I for one don't have faith in Maxis at all.
The gameplay video looks kind of fun but if all you do is customize generic monster looking guys with the supposed "loot" then I lost a lot of interest in the game.
