I'm asking this on the off-chance someone owns an Archos tablet here. Since we had already two tablets broken, I bought a cheap tablet for my little girl, an Archos 70c Platinum. This one obviously also had a hard meeting with the floor, resulting in a thin crack in the screen. The screen is no longer responsive to touch (never happened with the other two tabs). Apparently there's an Archos recovery mode where I can force calibrate the screen. I am supposed to get into that mode by holding volume up when booting, but this results in the android recovery mode. I tried holding volume down, which brings me to a factory made during which some automatic test are run.
Does anyone have any clues about how to get into the Archos recovery mode instead of the Andoid recovery mode?
