Hey all. Many of you know that I'm getting married this coming May. For those of you that don't, now you do  . So, as part of a surprise for my fiancee, I had asked someone if they could record themselves singing a particular song. She has a beautiful voice and sang at a friends wedding. Unfortunately, she hasn't really followed thru with any responses, so I think that request is a bust.
So this is a call out to anyone else willing to do something like this. It doesn't have to be someone from the hump, it can be a friend of spouse or whomever. I can offer monetary compensation for their time upon completed work. It's completely fair to just offer a single verse or chorus as a sample submission since it may or may not be what I'm looking for.
And now for the song selection. I'm gonna get some hate for this, but oh well hehe. One of her favorite songs (NOT the movies mind you) is Christina Perri - Thousand Years. This is the song I'd like to have performed please.
If this is something you're serious about, please drop me a line. I'd really appreciate it and like I said, I'd compensate them. Essentially just looking for a brief introduction of something like "congratulations so and so on your wedding and Mike wanted to dedicate this song to you" and maybe a brief closing statement. That's it. Thanks for taking the time to read this

EDIT: We have a russian with a heavy voice, WhiteBarbarian I think? If I was getting married I'd try to get him to do it. If she doesn't leave you then and there, then she's a keeper |

Haha if it was some Metallica, Black Sabbath or 90s grunge I could have given it a shot xD (just kidding, it's heritage of those crazy high school years doing awful covers for fun and definitely not wedding material  )
Unfortunately I don't know anyone who could be capable of singing that song without butchering it, I imagine the language barrier also would be a problem here in It as per usual.  Craiglist perhaps could be an option as well?
Hope you can find the heavenly voice that you both deserve Mike^^

Some good news. I've already been contacted on Fiverr and they can do just what I am looking for. Thank you very much for the referral! I can't wait to see the final product. They said it should take them about 7 days to finalize it. That's not bad and is plenty of time.
