on 13-th feb this year at around 18:00 hours , a Peugeot 306 driver was stopped on an out-of-city road and tested via breath analyzer, yielding a result of 7,56 permille of alcohol Laughing

I don't remember the details but somewhere in eastern-Europe a while back someone was stopped who was then discovered to have a value of 13 something of alcohol in the blood, surprised he even survived that, thought 5 - 6 was around the limit before you'd pass out. apparently it depends on the person's body, but tests show that you can survive having 1,5% of your blood being alcohol Laughing
