Is it possible to send a group email in outlook, but have it show up like it was individualized when the recipient reads it? Basically, I need to send out 3-400 emails, but I don't want the people who get the email to know it wasn't sent individually. It's for a survey btw. I'm looking for the simplest way, because I have to explain this to a secretary who is doing the mailing for me. I don't think I can get them to install any additional software as well. You'll want to do a mail merge in Microsoft Word. It's quite straightforward.
