They’re holding a closed beta from March 31 to April 3 — which will now include those of us who bought Wolfenstein — so we’l finally be able to play the game then.
Time to dust off Wolfenstein: New Blood and use that code finally!
I remember how blown away i was by the graphics back then haha.. though i do remember that i hoped that in the future there would be 3D graphics where the pixels would be smaller or somehow completely removed (woah!)
Wow the more I play the more I love it! Feels so much like the first Quake game! Fast paced and extremely smooth! I primarily want Doom for the single player but Im impressed with the beta for sure.
Played 60 mins earlier, and I enjoyed it. I wouldn't say the maps they've provided are very exciting, and I don't think visually they're all that either (maybe this will be representative of the entire final game). That said, it is good fun. it's basic back to old school stuff - and considering things like the map maker and the single player to boot, this is very likely a buy from me (assuming reviews come in at 8+ / 10...)
