LG G4 Data/Internet/G4 icon doesnt show in the top bar where the Battery% is.
Plus there is no Internet or any MMS picture sending/receiving working either.

Out of the blue the damn thing quit working, we tried the Factory Restore 2 times.
All info is correct, I mean the APN, GSM/WCDMA/LTE auto and such.

We are out of ideas but to beat the thing to death.
Its only 4 months old.
Dont know why it would quit with the Data/Internet/G4 thingy.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

That's easy - for some reason the phone hasn't set the internets APN automatically.

You need to do this manually. there's two ways - call the mobile support and ask them to send you the APN settings as text/sms or go to their site, find the settings and set them manually.

Same goes for MMS, it needs its own access point settings

Note that the APN info needs to be set exactly correct. Exactly.

Thanks for the replies.

Sad thing is that all the APN info is correct. Checked it at least 10 times.
Went through the list of the APN where the info is and checked them off one by one.
Ten times. Everything was in order.

We are confused since we never touched anything on the mobile.
Never touched any options.

maybe your cell provider switched data to frequencies that your phone doesn't support anymore

check phone mhz and your provider specs
