And it's merely a dual core with only 2GB memory device.

Yeah I dunno what to think about that. The iPhone 6S Plus costs €1.000 while the Note 5 is said to cost €700. Huawei Mate 8 costs €650, Meizu Pro 5 costs €450 etc. etc. so I'd say the performance is in line with the gigantic price increase. On the other hand, the iPhone 6 Plus still costs €750 and is outperformed by far cheaper phones. I sure as hell wouldn't pay €1.000 for a phone.
Benchmarks such as these always make me wonder - in how far are they accurate? What exactly do they test? And why would the other phones be so much slower? When I bought my Note 4 last year I checked benchmarks performed with pretty common day apps and the iPhone was WAY behind on many Android phones so I'm rather sceptical how it would suddenly be different.

I just ran it on my S6 and I'd like to see the breakdown on the different devices. I can only imagine that the gfx performance is much better on the apple device. And on memory: Samsung is doing something terribly wrong. It has 3GB of RAM, but the moment I start the phone only 800MB are available (and I'm already using nova launcher instead of touchwiz)... Good hardware, shitty software/drivers.
Btw I used the 6S and I couldn't find a single thing it did better or faster than my S6 right next to it and comparing it feature wise it clearly lost. I mean I'm happy for people that are happy with their 6S, but I'd feel horribly limited in what I want to do with my phone if I had to permanently use an iOS device.
But this is about performance, so I won't talk anymore about iOS vs Android.
