Q: Is it possible to replace a human's penis with a horse penis?
A: Are you interested in having sex with horses? Cattle? A horse penis is far too large for the majority of humans, so if it was possible it wouldn't be very useful.
In any case, it is not possible at this time. If it were possible, your body would be unable to supply the huge volume of blood it would require for an erection.
Bird would probably be worse, relative to the size of the animal those creatures are just weird, though there's other weird things about their anatomy too.
And on that note the Echidna is the one with the 5-barreled equipment no? And cats tend to have little barbs. (But some people might like that sort of thing.)
(And pigs have this corkscrew design.)
...I'm no penis expert though, some animal out there might be compatible enough for a replacement, science!
(Or just cybernetics either full on futuristic and humanoid or straight up early sci-fi robotic clunkiness designs.)
EDIT: Although I suppose if we could take some DNA from the patient and then have a custom grown transplant ready organ via oh I don't know stem cell research perhaps then that could have applicable uses, obviously though the big-dick medication is where the money's at but still.
(At least until someone OD's on the thing by taking the entire bottle, man crushed in tragic accident during private home moment...)
EDIT: Durability would probably be financially profitable too, although some 5-years of constant training yields results as well.
