Seriously?

I was sure I had both better performance and battery life on my 2010 MacBook Air 11" C2D.

It even made me reconsider buying a new one this fall. (Meaning I'll stay with this one)

Then again, I only use browsers and word processor apps.

"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed nonage. Nonage is the inability to use one's own understanding without another's guidance. This nonage is self-imposed if its cause lies not in lack of understanding but in indecision and lack of courage to use one's own mind without another's guidance. Dare to know! (Sapere aude.) "Have the courage to use your own understanding," is therefore the motto of the enlightenment."

It's supposed to improve performance Mad

I haven't upgraded yet, I'll wait at least 1 patch. My Mac sort of works now at least, although switching between ethernet or WiFi requires me to use separate locations that have no connections in them except the connection I want to use. Apple's response: ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The fuck is up with your mac? On my rMBP (which is from early 2003), 10.11 is quite a lot smoother. Things like opening notification center are 60 fps smooth now, which never were in Yosemite.

Can you now choose/force between 2,4GHz & 5 GHz bands without third party app (or separate SSID)? Laughing
