Almost finishing the first game now, i remember finishing it around 2004 but forgot how simple it is; you dont even have skills, you just increase your skill in the weapon you use, plus the spellbook is kinda limited. Also the game looks quite nice for a 2002 one. Gonna play ds2 too next

seems pretty easy
...but the steam version has no Multiplayer option at all
The first Dungeon Siege was boring as hell. All yuo did was click like a madman and buy improved skills occasionally. What that engine is good for is mods. Quite a few Ultima remakes in it and I'd reccommend those since you don't mind how the game looks.
