Always wanted to play with an asian girls panties.
Well Japan does seem to have this idea about wearing panties giving the perv..person super powers...

(Hentai Kamen, bit of a male version of Kekkai Kamen but actually wearing more than just the mask... )
(Haven't actually seen the movie version of it myself though.)
Not really, never cared about Jap stuff other than consoles and JRPG's... I even find it creepy how some westerners obsess about Japan/Anime. Had a few friends like that. I try to ignore it or not share my opinion on it... people are rather sensitive about it.
Go Nagai in my case, wrote a lot of very popular mecha manga during the 60's to 70's before having a breakthrough with Devilman (Well the mecha stuff was highly popular too.) but besides those he wrote a lot of other stuff too even if much of it was left semi unfinished.
Kekkou / Kekkai kamen included which I'm guessing Hentai Kamen would have been taking a lot of inspiration from.
Whereas Go well yeah, lots of stuff but he's also far older I'm guessing.

(And a bit of erotica too which yeah things are a bit tamer today in anime and manga than what they were in the earlier years heh.)
Far as panties goes well a couple of years ago I'm fairly certain there was a bit of a debacle about Japan having used-panties vending machines which then got promptly pulled.
(Been a couple of incidents like that, one of the bigger being when someone sold a pretty hardcore - but also quite old. - 3D visual novel via I think it was Amazon USA?)
EDIT: Far as games go though well having primarily been on a PC system I missed most if not all the earlier JRPG games (Even if only a few of them had official English translations and of those only a few had accurate translations far as I've heard.) instead I mostly saw anime and manga via TV and in libraries and got interested in it that way.
Played some of these games later on via emulators though although some of the fan translations aren't too great either although once it got hold and started selling publishers put a bit more effort into localization. (Some games had various content edits though.)
Though like I said I preferred the 70's and 80's anime and manga to what's available these days, some of the still ongoing projects (Like Berserk which is probably only ever going to be "finished" when the author of it dies.) are pretty interesting in that way as you see how they change over the years.
(Also far more of a fan of the earlier hand-drawn styles rather than digital CGI especially low-budget downright horrible CGI though it's the same with western animations as well with older works compared to modern 3D creations.)
