im kinda iffy on his point about the camera... if its a really great sequence, i dont think an impossible camera detracts from it, because i'll be lost in the moment. i WILL NOT be going 'hang on a second, how did that camera slide underneath that car, around the monsters left nut, go in the mouth, out the other end, and then slide across the water.

but the other stuff, yeah a lot of that stuff is correct, especially the overuse of cgi for stuff that doesnt need to be, notably when its next to a REAL thing we can compare it to. thats something i dislike most about modern cgi (and that i hated about the new hobbit films... jackson, wtf did you DO!)

also the weight. thats the one thing animators cant seem to grasp, and its annoying. I swear, i could pick up one of those transformers for how light they seem.
