If you haven’t seen this, you should, and you should share this with your friends, family, anyone who used PayPal in connection with a website providing online content. On July 1st, 2015, Paypal will update it’s TOS agreement to take away any and all intellectual rights to any content you provide online. If you use Paypal to accept PayPal, they will attempt to take ownership of any online content you add to your business or website.

Interesting. If you sell something with paypal, it's as good as theirs. And any future content xou create as well. Wtf?

Ummm. Whoever wrote this article is a legal moron... totally mistated the purpose of this. Its referring to images or content you would normally upload to paypal, for example, a picture on your invoice, or a design you make for a check out button. Get it straight.

It's vague as shit. I understand such move from Facebook (which they did) but in case of PP it might be like frogster wrote. Maybe adverts? Some shitty and poor companies that put some ads on PP site later on stalked by paypals' copyright trolls?

The TOS speaks of "Services" - nowhere does it say that everything on your website is going to be theirs. They're not THAT stupid since that would be legally impossible. No, it's basically no different than Facebook: anything you upload using our services becomes ours. Still a dick move but not as bad as is claimed.
