Based upon the acclaimed comic book and directed by Matthew Vaughn (Kick-Ass (2010), X-Men: First Class (2011)), Kingsman: The Secret Service tells the story of a super-secret spy organization that recruits an unrefined but promising street kid into the agency's ultra-competitive training program just as a global threat emerges from a twisted tech genius. its DIFFERENT than todays bond movies. this is a cross between bond and slapstick doofy british comedy...
i still cant get over that terrible 'ill let you fuck me in the asshole' line though. i have NEVER before seen a movie that was running so fast and fun, flatline so quickly before... seemed so out of place and immature that i actually downloaded the subtitles for it to see if i heard it correctly...

oh come on
if you ask me this was a perfect spoof of James Bond movies (in those you would not see this , only the after ) , and i love how they nagged about all those cliches Bond movies had
"now is the moment you will capture me and let me escape in a daring way" "no, i shoot you now in the face"
every scene spoofed Bond ... every little cliche
for me its a solid 10/10 and i don't give this score easily
no, you misunderstand, i didnt have a problem with that scene (if anything, i think it fits perfectly with the theme), it was the LINE earlier. how explicit it was, didn't sit well with me because it was so out of touch with the atmosphere the film had given off (it crossed the line between cheeky fun into american style gutter humour), and so out of touch with the cheeky double entendre style of the bond films.
i know that youll say that the whole point was to poke FUN at and do the OPPOSITE of the traditional bond tropes, but i still think it was incredibly hamfisted and didnt sit well with the rest of the film... in my opinion.
i understood WHY it was there, i just didn't like the gutter style way it was delivered in that awful line.
i never even thought of that as a spoof, i assumed it was just a metaphorical, artistic way of shooting the scene.... a way of getting across the spectacular explosions in a way that suited the comedic theme and didnt turn the film into a bloodbath...
that was the context i watched the scene in, and as such it made sense to me and i didnt think it was silly or spoiled the film for me.

That's pure mark millar for you
it was just the crudeness of it that i didnt appreciate. it felt like something that belonged in those shitty austin powers movies... and yes, obviously, i didnt like those movies - i thought they were low-aimed gutter trash, occasionally amusing but for the most part aiming for the easy childish humor of just running around farting and saying penis a lot... which is why i didnt like the crude delivery in the film. its not the subject matter that bothered me, it was purely the shitty childish humor that PERSONALLY im not fond of, and thats definitely the style of humor this film was channeling in that scene.

the film wasnt actually that gory. even when a dude gets sliced in half (spoiler alert), or limbs get hacked off (spoiler alert) or many people get shot and stabbed to death in a church (ok you should know the drill by now), it was never THAT gory. there was a bit of blood, and obviously the VIOLENT subject matter, but it was never massive levels of blood and gore being splattered all over the room as youd get from dozens of head explosions (spoile... oh fuck it...)
The second part is rumoured but possibly without Matthew Vaughn so Kick Ass 2 scenario is probable

WEB-DL means it's from an on-demand download service. Their film are usually overcompressed to save bandwidth costs, hence the small filesize. It looks like crap.
