xD
Use an US adress for payment that has no taxes on BundleStars. I also had to change my payment adress in Google Wallet to some US adress.

It's VAT. Sellers that sell something to an EU citizen now have to pay VAT to the country the EU citizen is from from 1.1. 2015, meaning that VAT is added on top of the price for EU buyers. VAT rates differ from country to country, hence prices should differ as well.

That's bullshit because the $ => € move should contain the taxes in the first place. On average taxes are 20% in Europe and €1 = $1.2 so it evens out easily.
€2,13 = $2,52 so that's 25% instead an 20% increase. In short: it's greed.

I'm from Slovenia (22% VAT) and it shows 2.09€ for me so it does seem to be adjusted.
Currency converter shows 1.99$ with 22% VAT = 2.43 USD = 2.05144 EUR
So there does seem to be a slight discrepancy but that could be attributed to the conversion rate they're using.

The buyer pays it, but now the VAT rate is taken from the buyer's country, not the seller's as it was before 1.1.2015. Before some sellers could avoid paying VAT if they had the head office in a country without VAT or very low VAT (Luxembourg, for example). Now they cannot avoid paying VAT anymore.
