The Revenant is an upcoming American western thriller film produced and directed by Alejandro G. Inarritu (Amores Perros ,21 Grams, Babylon, Biutiful, Birdman)
The screenplay, adapted from Michael Punke's 2003 novel of the same name, was written by González Iñárritu and Mark L. Smith.
The storyline is set in the 1820s. It follows the life of fur trapper Hugh Glass, played byLeonardo DiCaprio, who is left for dead and robbed by his comrades ( Tom Hardy, Will Poulter, Domhnall Gleeson.) after a bear attack. He survives against the odds and swears vengeance for their betrayal.
Who the fuck gives roles to this joke of an actor?
Domhnall Gleeson though is a great actor (like his father).
Are they still filming? Can't someone replace Will Poulter? Please...
Inarritu, Hardy, Di Caprio, Gleeson...and that last one, just to ruin everything
Sounds great, though. At least there's a big chance to see smugface being brutally murdered by the angry revengeful Leo, so it's all good.
Damn. The cinematography is amazing (just as expected). Love the fact that Leo's getting Grinchier and more aggressive with each movie, if they don't give him that prize he'll turn insane in the process xD

I had a hard time believing it was possible to survive with the injuries he sustained and the environment he was in. Infection, frostbite, dehydration, starvation, blood loss, THE NECK WOUND, THE FALL FROM A FOOKING CLIFF, etc.
