Strange, I didn't have any problems with the Yarr release and I've got the legit one now. Well, I didn't have any laggy issues or bugs, there is some kind of strangeness about the animation though.. there's a lot more sprite flicker than the arcade and sometimes it seems like they're missing frames of animation. It's a night and fucking day improvement compared to the awful iOS version though
Thanks for letting me know about DDX, I'll happily grab that! Hopefully it's better put together than all the other BoR mods, because so far my experience with BoR is "please, stop, please... it's so bad "
~edit~
Well, it's fast and smooth and responsive, so that's good, but NO KICK!? You only have one attack button (four "attack button" options in the menu but only "Attack 1" works), one jump and one "special" which is hurricane. There's no manual kick outside of combos
Haha I know what you mean by the terribad BoR mods where users cram all their favourite characters from so many different games that it ends up looking uglier than E.T.. and to say nothing of the unbalanced gameplay
Yeah, there's no kick button the 3-ism's make up for it!
@TiHKAL: Yeah FF1 is still king followed by SoR2. FF3 for snes is also pretty good but it's really tough. I would also add Cadillacs and Dinosaurs to that list.
How do you SELECT any of the -ISMs? Every button I pushed just select the first "X-ISM" :\
Arrow keys. When you start the game or die during a playthrough, left and right keys will change the color of the font which
corresponds to the particular ISM. Dumb choice on part of dev but that's how it works
Signature/Avatar nuking: none (can be changed in your profile)
