Mine has seen some shit too. But now it's super healthy, mediterranean diet and only one beer a week. Living the athlete life again! (the truth is, I can't handle hangovers anymore, they make me feel bad for 3 days straight, so I definitively called quits).

Well fuck me...
Last night I drank some wine with a girl I really appreciate. After we ate some sushis, we drank 2 bottles of wine and then after that I made us some drinks with rhum. But the thing is after she drank it, she got really sick and nearly blackened out because she drank too much.
And I got sick this morning after I woke up before leaving hehe, I drove my car with an opened mcdonald brown bag, just in case lol.
But now she just texted me, asking me if I did put ''something'' in her drink.
Fuck that I would never do that, not even think of doing something as shitty and low as that. I told her that I would never ever do such a thing, and she says she believes me, but i'm pretty sure she still have a doubt, I mean if she asked me that must mean she think I dropped something in there..
Fuck me...

We used to take shots of Jameson whisky + a slice of bacon after when we used to go out hehee
Never had any hangover after these nights!

This is just a guess, but maybe it's something to do with all the salt in the bacon and your body retaining more liquids because of it? I get really bad hangovers from the dehydration sometimes, extremely bad headaches.

so... what happened to drinking water when you go heavy drinking?
eating greassy food before drinking as well.
at least half an hour before.
mr noodle soup with a spoon of oil. will coat the stomach.
so you can drink plenty. add some major greasy food.
hangovers... lol...

all of that doesnt work anymore, due to a high tolerance i need ridiculous amounts of alcohol to get sufficiently drunk, but my body still gets affected badly.
i used to drink alot of water and eat sour pickles, that used to be a good way to evade a hangover.

hangovers are from dehydration.
you gotta hydrate. so if you have to drink more now.
drink more water.
greasy food is so that you can drink more whilst slowing down getting drunk.

Man.... I used to drink without issue... no hangover the next day. Now I'm older and when I drink, the next day I want to die. Such is life :/
