Lol buddy of mine his misses just left him for "time" away from the marriage.
Now in the few mnths before this he was having rough patch and it was him that was fed up with the lack of care or notice of how much he did around the house and with his kids while she would just come home from working late etc and shower and say "im off to the gym" then back late and to sleep and rinse repeat most of the time.
Eventually this wore him down and he exploded said he was going to leave and get another place while they sort this shit out as she would not listen or learn about the problems he tried to put across.
Now they apparently sorted it out and he was all happy on TS to me and saying its ok its all being dealt with, he explained a fair amount of how it was sorted and to me it seemed fine.
Today he is all like ive not been around gaming or on TS as my wife decided she was leaving me for time away and that he could stay in the house.
Bitches be fucking mad, when he was leaving she was all deeply troubled and eventually broke down and wanted him to stay and all that, dont go etc etc we can fix it. I had told him she is probably just saying that because she knows what shit storm is coming with her and the two kids and now she will have to do more than just fuck off up the gym each evening leaving him as baby sitter all the time.
So to me its like the females love to be in control of situations like this and I say she got that control by now saying "its me thats going to leave" etc etc.. Ive seen women do this a fair bit in relationships with folks, its like they dont like it when the guy initiates the split but its ok to fuck with the guys mind and switch it around after you tell the guy all can be well.
Im pretty sure he is miffed and his mind is blank with such confusion as it was out the blue from her after fixing shit up

Why do guys automatically think that being gay is easier when it comes to dating?
If anything it's harder. You can meet new people only in gay clubs (usually empty hookups with a high chance of getting an std), or via apps (which are also used mostly for empty hookups, plus you can end up with a creep who isn't at all what he looked like on the picture).
The drama gay guys are capable of is off the charts. I've heard the stories about stalking, creeping, and outing other people because of rejection. Hell, my boyfriends ex had (and probably still has) a folder on his computer that had names of his 'friends' all neatly in their own folders, in which he described them, their flaws and good sides, like a dossier... That's actually how he and my bf broke up
Plus you're in Africa, so being gay there isn't a peachy thing like in some European counties or in some parts of the USA...
Sure, finding a normal girl is tough, but they are out there, just like normal guys
Unless you're not into that, but the pool for that is even bigger so it's really a win-win situation for you

i think the "easiness" comes from knowing that gay people have already given up on fictional constructs of what "real" relationship and sexuality have to be
it's a shortcut over a lot of back and forth and potential misunderstandings of where the limits of those concepts are
naturally this does not directly increase chances of success, but it's a group that's preselected to be (somewhat) more open to honest direct discussion
but extreme personalities would also be more common

They haven't given up on 'real' relationships We gays can be monogamous too  I've been with my bf for 3 years now, and I don't cheat around (and to my knowledge neither does he). The only limit is that gay ppl cannot get pregnant, that's it. And extreme personalities happen on both sides
I will admit that we are somewhat more open to discussion. But that has to do with the outside factor. You have to live hidden all your life, and then when you're finally free there is this whole new world of possibilities
