Apologies if this isn't the right forum for this, but what do you guys think about the whole #GamerGate shitstorm? For those of you not familiar, here's the short version:
It all started started when some female game dev whore fucked a bunch of video game journalists so they would write positive reviews of her game. Since then, more and more stories of corruption and nepotism have surfaced regarding prominent video game journalists and websites. The GamerGate people are the ones calling for more journalistic integrity and transparency.
But, the anti-GamerGate people are crying out misogyny because many of the ones accused of shady behavior happen to be women.
