hi,

i have an xbox rgh hack,bud i am preparing this box to give to childeren zo i put like 10 games on internal HD,bud now the xbox boot so slow,i get like x60 logo from startup like 10 min,if i go then to games i need to wait 5 more min til i get my game list,if i wanne go out of a game back to menu i get black gray screen and it stays like that. Sad
is my xbox so slow because of the hd that is almost full?hd is 25GB

try booting without hdd

yes then its normal speed bud then i have the menu like a normal xbox.
bud i fixed it,u put on on the new fsd launcher and now its fast again.. :s
