I could see how one would go nuts over a death of a beloved dog, but that 'this dog was a final gift from my dying wife' is just  worthy...

I know that they did, and that's a good enough reason, but the whole 'it was a last gift from my dying wife' is ridiculous (like a really bad cliche)...

Watched it yesterday in cinema.
Kick ass movie, well deserved 9/10. Good old butt-kicking and shooting, it was really well done.
I hope it will give Reeves more roles in near future.

Raid 2 had action?  Imho they should have made it like the first part. They tried expanding it beyond mindless non-stop action scenes mixed together(raid 1) and failed. It got too long, the story was boring and kinda dragged, actions scenes were fine however, there was too much screen time without them. .Raid creators make great action scenes but they suck at writing.As a result what we got is an average crime drama and an average action film.
