Fuck yeaa I am.

Two magic words, LET ME SPEAK TO YOUR MANAGER and they are so helpful.
They are even going to pick up the broken stand next week, so I don't have to worry about the shipping.

but god damn, I was so fucking furious when I saw the glass was broken...I waited a week for the package.

I already unhooked everything from my old stand, vacuumed etc...was ready for the new stand...
