Nah its not really long, this is my first time going this far. I used hydrocortisone an hour ago and the redness is gone, also the itchiness.
Oh neat, i never take pictures of myself, ever, but i was curious to check how i looked, with this hairy face and the red things, noticed no red things, not a lot of hair. Now i know why not the take them, seems my eyes are not horizontaly aligned oh well.

When I started growing it longer I remember the same itchy feeling. It goes away after a couple of weeks, keep at it. Was always clean-shaven, then started wearing a stubble. Now I only use a trimmer to cut it back to ~1mm every two weeks. Feels good man, girls 25+ also seem to like beards more.
Unfortunately I also can't grow a full beard, its along the jaw-bone and under the nose. But it's all good, as long as you don't develop an outrageous, terrible neckbeard. Shave your throat area.

I only ever had itching from facial hair when I let my beard grow like 4 inches long or more. I keep it fairly short now.
It's good to shave after having a shower to avoid irritation, it at least helps.

I wish I could grow a beard or any facial hair for that matter, but my job doesn't allow it. WHAT IS THIS COMMUNIST AMERICA?!

The itchy feel will go away, don't worry. It's just that your skin isn't used to wearing such a fluffy coat and it's too sensible at first, but it'll get progressively better until you can easily keep a 3-4 month beard without feeling a thing.
I'm lucky (or not, depending on the preferences xD) to have a proper beard, but it needs treatment from time to time or it goes lumberjack in a heartbeat. So for now ~2cm are enough

But you looked great with the beard, imo!
@Tw1st: some people that I know do it, but it's really a minority. Though they all experience the magic of being Mario for a month, which is pretty cool.

Yep. Been growing a sorry mustache every year for quite some time and a lot of others does as well.
I'd much rather have full beard february though but apparently that doesn't cure cancer.

Also you can grow a beard? Oh poor you -.-" I can't grow a beard even if my life depended on it -.-" Only if I stop shaving for a year would something grow

Hair is growing very fast, it looks kind of long now.
Monday is gonna be hilarious. At work the position of Coordinator has been freed in an area where i originally worked, in all the institution IM the only one who knows how that job works (involves programming formulas, validations, understanding of the taxes system's inner workings) everyone knew that and everyone in the entire floor is supporting me for that position.
So monday the Executive will be comming back from vacations, im gonna go into the office and talk about the position to see if i can get it, im gonna look like a hairy hobo asking for money
The only thing between me and that job is that im still not graduated, i hope they can overlook that, thats the BEST oportunity ive found in all my life (ill have project management experience, a 50% salary increase and a parking spot)
Hope it works out, im going all out monday! Hope i get it, i need a beard trimmer and im out of money
If i get rejected then they are fucked, because im not gonna help or explain anything and noone else is going to help them .
