Some countries more than others. Latin and South American the bible is huge. US bible is Huge but in Canada, if a politician even utters religion, he or she is gone.

You can practice whatever religion you want here, we are very tolerant. Its just we also take the separation of church and state very seriously.

I don't care if the PM is Mormon and long as his religion doesn't influence his political decision making in the slightest. Most Canadians feel that way.

I assume Europe is a mash up as there are quite a few countries.

And yeah, its true and tragic that the bible/religion has any sort of power...whether its in the western world or not.
As I have said, religion is a neurological disorder. And its all about being totally arrogant tbh. To think that you kneeling on bench in pew on Sunday, can telepathically talk to some Divine Creator directly is completely arrogant and plain foolish.
Least, that is some of what I think.
I do believe in an AfterLife, but thats a different discussion ofc

Nope, infact - the Christian Democrats (our only "big" religious party) is getting smaller and smaller each year. Atm its well..so small that it has no say in the goverment anymore.

You can call it over estimated actually. The "faith" really resides with the older generation. Almost everyone you meet my age are all agnostic or atheist. It's less popular here than your Euro news sites make it seem.
