Seems like this finally is the one season too many. Jokes feel very forced and yeah, too meta for their own good. The show is starting to devolve into a bad, forced parody of itself.

Why can't they write funny episodes anymore. I hate when they do some shit like "we're gonna play a game!", which they've done several times and it's always really boring. The first seasons are truly some of the best comedy i've seen in a TV show (does have some weak ep's here and there but..), this is trash in comparison.

I thought Episode 8 was great (and the rest prior complete shit). None of the other guys that aren't funny were there to ruin it, just Charlie and his shenanigans! Though it would have been cool if Frank stayed behind and they both went crazy!

Tonight's episode was about Mac coming out to his dad, ending with a 5 minute interpretive dance that was dead serious in tone from beginning to end.

I'm not gonna watch this anymore. I watched half the episode of Charlie playing home alone in the bar, almost fell asleep.
I mean if there's absolutely nothing else to watch it could possibly work but i have so much in my backlog that i much rather watch (and that isn't just a 5/10 show).
