if its a small problem that only slightly effects me because my life is so comfortable that I dwell on it more than I should because I have the luxury to, I literally think to myself "man that is such a white people problem I'm having"

Your mouse and internet being dead or gone has no impact on any group of people though. While i get your drift in those cases my examples are kinda different
That why I said we meme it. It started as a phrase in current topic discussions that pop up as someone is reading something or other online waiting for others to show up, and they mention about what they was reading and we start talking about it. And evolved into a catch all for problems dwelled on more than the problem itself affects. Then just a meme of that of anything slightly annoying.
One example of the meme was a mirror of a thing you said.
