Had to skip this, as originally, even if you remapped certain keys, they wouldn't work for special moves/QTE's. For example, crouch would crouch, but wouldn't work for rolling when you landed from a higher height if the key was remapped. Game was filled with stuff like this with regards to binding, so wasn't worth the frustration. Basically, a lazy console port on release.
I can never be free, because the shackles I wear can't be touched or be seen.

played this again again the other day and started getting queasy with the movement so turned down the headbob/swaying option. Don't think it did much. Don't recall having this issue when I played when it was released.
I loaded it up and maxed it out to see all the updates since I stopped playing. This was the save point I was at:
Spoiler:
It might be one of the ugliest modern games in my library, none of the new colour grading options helped. Sucks that the city still looks clown themed as well
tried it in coop for the free weekend
the director must be completely clueless because I can't stop scratching my head at the design decisions that were made
they somehow managed to make it less fun and even more janky than the first game and doubled down on the overload of bad characters with bad writing (everyone just talks too much for no reason)
maybe the director was scared of the animators and writers and couldn't say no to them so they just kept making more and more bullshit to put into the game and forget the actual good game part
this feels like I thought it would feel on release (which I skipped, being disappointed by the lack of large zombie numbers), but that was 2 years ago...
Likot Mosuskekim, Woodcutter cancels Sleep: Interrupted by Elephant.
There's no vaccine for the game's mundane foundations and designs, so Techland attempted the art of putting lipstick on a zombie and failed at that, too
The game sold well though and is still quite popular, but then again there will always be a sizeable audience for open-world Ubi-likes.
anyone played dl2 recently? i heard they changed and improved on a lot of stuff, might give it another go
Yes it’s changed a hell of a lot since launch and for the better in many ways!
The Beast seems like the equivalent of The Following but for Dying Light 2 and if it’s anything like that, Techland are onto a winner, especially bringing back. Kyle Crane
did they said if they are still working on the main game or they moved to the beast? this would be my third time trying just didnt liked this but really liked 1 and the beast looks great
