Hopefully. The game was a huge success, wasn't it? Some follow-up should be revealed soon, now that the marketing campaign for the Prepare to Die Edition is over.
I dont think its next gen.. they can barely optimise their games for the current gen
It could be portable but that would suck, i hate portable games, i want another full lenght full featured xbox360/ps3/pc game just like dark souls was !!
Having so much fun with dark souls again.. I'm not even at the DLC part but it's as awesome as ever already.

Yeh now with the patch out for consoles i've started playing on xbox again; not one single "summoning failed" message! looking good so far.. well actually not looking so good with the low res textures and all but.. ill have to trade that for their working online servers
been playing kings field IV recently, it's the game that led to demons souls/dark souls being made
it's got a fantastic OST
what do you think about it?
it's very slow but the atmosphere is amazing, it certainly aint a easy game to play though. some of the mechanics are exactly like demons souls except in a clunkier format
some of the enemies made it into the souls games too for example the sens fortress snake men play a part in this game
i'd say it's a good game, i wouldn't recommend buying it or taking the time to play it unless you're a hardcore DS fan
