Played the game for the last 4 hours. And I fucking love it! I was wondering if I would regret buying it but its much better than I was expecting it to be. Got a very Mordor feel to it which is not a bad thing as I loved that too. Its brutal and both the vehicular and melee combat are very satisfying. The visuals are great, the atmosphere is perfect and I really like all the environmental and weather effects. Theres a fuck ton of stuff to do and unlock as well. Its an open world masterpiece to me. Ok the framerate isnt 60fps but its solid and Ive experience no issues so far. For me I find this more enjoyable than MGSV to play right now. My one and only gripe is jumping! Max is pretty crap at jumping! I just want to jump and climb more. And who the fuck thought L2 would be good for jumping!? The photo mode is nice too and it even includes a video mode and the option for a second player to control the camera which I thought was neat idea. I know people said it was too repetitive but Im not feeling that just yet!

Hahaha dat flip! Sometimes a storm or twister can cause stuff like that but definitely looks like there may have been an invisible enemy. Speaking of storms, they fucking rock! Especially the electrical variety! One of the coolest things Ive seen in a long time in a video game! Especially melee combat in a storm! Such an adrenaline rush!
Im about 25 hours into the game so far and I agree it is a tad repetitive but its so much fun.
